Shipping & Returns

Shipping in the Continental U.S.

Your order ships anywhere within the Continental U.S. via USPS First Class Package or Priority Mail service. Orders generally ship from our Brooklyn, NY warehouse in 3-4 business days with tracking number. You’ll receive an email with update tracking information as soon as that information is available. Alternatively, if you opted to create an account during checkout, you can login to your account where the latest status for all your prior orders can be found.

International Orders ships to the vast majority of countries around the globe. During checkout, you’ll be asked to enter your billing and shipping information at which point actual shipping costs and options will be presented for you to choose from. International orders ship in the same time span as domestic orders and your order’s tracking number will be available via email and by visiting the My account page.

In Store Pickup

We offer in store pickup at our Baby Blue locations. At checkout, choose Store Pickup and select your store’s location. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup (around 3-5 business days from when your order is placed).

When you come to pick up your order, please have a copy of your order ready to show the store manager. You might also be asked for ID to confirm authorization.

Returns & Exchanges

Please note: This return policy covers online sales only. For individual store policies, please contact the store directly.

Returns for online sales are accepted within 14 days of the order ship date. All items must be returned in original condition or a restocking fee may apply. To return an item, create an RMA by emailing and ship the products back to us. A refund for the returned items will be processed and applied to your original form of payment within 3 business days of being received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. All on-sale items are non-refundable. All accessories, underwear, lingerie, body-shapers, bathing suits, and bodysuits are non-refundable.

We currently do not accept any exchanges online. If you need to exchange a product, please return the merchandise for a full refund and reorder the new item you’d like to exchange.

We currently do not support returning or exchanging merchandise between our online store and our retail stores. If you bought an item from one of our stores, you may return or exchange that item in store only. We are working hard to upgrade this system and hope to be able to support this soon; We’ll keep you posted!
