1. What payment options to you provide?

Babybluestores.com accepts all major credits including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, and Diners. During checkout, additional options are available. Choose to pay with your credit or debit card, PayPal account, Apple Pay or Bitcoin.

2. Do you ship to my country?

With a few exceptions, baby blue ships to the vast majority countries in North America, South America, and Europe. You will be notified prior to checkout if shipping options to your country are limited or unavailable.

3. How long does the shipping usually take?

Orders generally ship from our Brooklyn, NY warehouse in 1-2 business days with tracking number. You’ll receive an email with update tracking information as soon as that information is available. Alternatively, if you opted to create an account during checkout, you can login to your babybluestores.com account where the latest status for all your prior orders can be found.

4. What is your refund policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the order date. All items must be returned in original condition or a restocking fee may apply. Please note: This return policy covers online sales only. For individual store policies, please contact the store directly.

5. I have an issue with a product I purchased. Where can I get help?

You can contact baby blue via email, phone, or via the contact form. All of that information is conveniently located on the contact page.

6. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available. Contact us via phone or email to get more information.

7. How do returns work?

To return an item, create an RMA and ship the products back to us. A refund will be processed and applied within 2 business days of being received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note: This return policy covers online sales only. For individual store policies, please contact the store directly.

8. Can I get a notifications when my product is shipped?

Absolutely. An email will be sent to you with valid tracking information as soon as your item ships.
