Babybluestores.com accepts all major credits including Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, and Diners. During checkout, additional options are available. Choose to pay with your credit or debit card, PayPal account, Apple Pay or Bitcoin.

4. Do you ship to my country?

With a few exceptions, baby blue ships to the vast majority countries in North America, South America, and Europe. You will be notified prior to checkout if shipping options to your country are limited or unavailable.

5. How long does the shipping usually take?

Orders generally ship from our Brooklyn, NY warehouse in 2-3 business days with tracking number. You’ll receive an email with update tracking information as soon as that information is available. Alternatively, if you opted to create an account during checkout, you can login to your babybluestores.com account where the latest status for all your prior orders can be found.

Alternatively, you can choose local pickup at checkout to pick up at your local Baby Blue store.

6. What is your refund policy?

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the order ship date. Email Orders@BabyBlueStores.com to receive an RMA #. All items must be returned in original condition or a restocking fee may apply. Please note: This return policy covers online sales only. For individual store policies, please contact the store directly.

7. I have an issue with a product I purchased. Where can I get help?

You can contact baby blue via email, phone, or via the contact form. All of that information is conveniently located on the contact page.

8. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Gift cards are available. Contact us via phone or email to get more information.

9. How do returns work?

To return an item, email Orders@BabyBlueStores.com to create a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number to ship the products back to us. A refund will be processed and applied within 2 business days of being received. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note: This return policy covers online sales only. For individual store policies, please contact the store directly.

10. Can I get a notifications when my product is shipped?

Absolutely. An email will be sent to you with valid tracking information as soon as your item ships.

11. How can I pick up my online order in store?

At checkout, choose Store Pickup and select your store’s location. We will email you when your order is ready for pickup (around 3-5 business days from when your order is placed).

When you come to pick up your order, please have a copy of your order ready to show the store manager. You might also be asked for ID to confirm authorization.
